Data Ops Engineer
We are looking for a full-time or part-time remote Data Ops Engineer with 3+ years of experience to join our partner's team in Zurich.
In this role you will
- Design and implement scalable data monitoring applications and tools

Ensure that batch production scheduling and
report distribution is accurate and timely - Select and implement optimal CI/CD tools and processes

Monitor model production and testing processes.

Automate data processing workflows
- Able to share knowledge and explain processes and procedures to others
We are looking for
- Experience with Azure DataOps
- Experience with tools: Azure DevOps, DataBrics, KeyVault, ADSL
- Knowledge of Azure Data Ecosystem: Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Bricks, Azure Storage.
- Knowledge of relevant security patterns related to Azure data management
- Should be able to establish E2E CI/CD and guide the team on best practices and help them speed up the product release cycle
- Experience migrating code from dev to prod
- Implement monitoring & alerting for critical components of the platform
- Experience setting up automation related to Job Schedules (Azure Databricks Jobs, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse)
- Experience with Databricks notebooks
- Experience with designing, building, implementing, and supporting monitoring tool solutions, including alerting.
- Professional level of spoken and written English
It is a plus if you
- Solid level of spoken and written German
Big plus for those certifications
- Microsoft-certified Azure Data Engineer Asociate
- Microsoft-certified DevOps Expert
