The Opportunity:
Rust Developer
We are looking for a part-time Rust developer with some previous experience with Rust OR experience working with at least one compiled, statically typed language such as C, C++, C#, Java or Python
In this role you will

Developing and testing complex applications while working closely with other team members

Providing working solutions to business requirements through code and active participation in code reviews
We are looking for
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate
with product managers, designers and architects,
discuss strategy and contribute to optimal solutions - Previous exposure and desire to learn Rust
- Familiarity with languages such as Haskell, Scala OR broader concepts in functional programming such as type classes and ad hoc polymorphism
- Familiarity with manual memory management
- Reasonably complex applications written in at least 2 different programming languages
- Exposure to (either consuming or developing) blockchain
